Job SummaryThe Human Resources Officer will support the HR Manager with recruitment, employee relations, staff benefits administration, staff compensation, performance management, and training. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Human Resources experience and be highly diligent, detail-oriented, and process-oriented, with a working knowledge of legal processes. The candidate should reside in any of our operational states. Excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly while managing HR systems are essential for success in this role. |

Education and Work Experience Requirement |
- MSc, BSc or BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or its recognized equivalent
- Certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is a plus
- At least 3 - 6 years of prior experience working in a human resources unit is required
- At least 2 years of managerial experience is an advantage
