Manager

We are looking for Manager to join our team at Benugo Manchester University

Rate: £33,000pa

Shifts: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)

Contract: Full Time

About the Manager role:

• Lead service from the floor to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent operations
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support the team and resolve issues quickly
• Support the General Manager in delivering operational performance across the account
• Deputise for senior management when required
• Identify opportunities to improve service flow, speed and overall efficiency
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
• Lead by example, setting the tone for service and customer interaction
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment in line with legal and company standards
