Playground Host

• Supervise children and ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.
• Organize and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational activities.
• Interact with children of different ages and personalities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong awareness of child safety, safeguarding, and appropriate conduct.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and responsibly, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of children’s activities and guest services.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and energetic presence while representing the resort professionally.

• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare and hospitality
• Previous experience working with children in a hotel/resort, school, nursery is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare/recreation qualifications are an advantage.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
