Job Description

Planning & Performance Management

  • Prepare plans, forecasts, schedules, reports, dashboards, and presentations for demand, supply, inventory, production, capacity, and financial planning.
  • Support demand reviews, supply reviews, pre-S&OP meetings, executive S&OP meetings, and IBP activities.
  • Compare demand and supply plans, monitor performance, and highlight variances, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, capacity, and plan adherence.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, records, templates, and meeting action logs.

Data Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collect and analyze data from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.
  • Work with different teams to align plans, follow up on actions, and support effective planning processes.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify manual and repetitive activities and support the development of automated reports, dashboards, workflows, and planning tools.
  • Assist with robotics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to reduce manual work, errors, and processing time.
  • Test, document, and improve automated planning processes.
  • Participate in training, graduate projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years experience
  • Strong interest in learning about operations, supply chain, planning, and business processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and highlight issues when needed.
  • Interest in improving processes and finding simpler, more efficient ways of working.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous internship, university project, or extracurricular experience in operations, supply chain, analytics, or process improvement is an advantage, but not required.
