Job Description
- Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders.
- Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.
- Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints.
- Assists with maintenance of Lifeline and phone systems.
- Maintains work area in a clean, safe and professional manner. Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Position- 40 hours a week
- 2 shifts available:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm OR
- Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm
- every other weekend and holiday.
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience
- Valid driver's license
