  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM


Saturday work and overtime may be mandatory based on production and operational requirements.


Position Summary

Full Circle is seeking experienced, hands-on Warehouse Managers to provide leadership and operational oversight across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse, including employee supervision, material movement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, safety, productivity, attendance, and overall shift performance.

This position requires a strong floor presence and a manager who can lead employees, enforce company expectations, resolve operational issues, and ensure each shift meets production and warehouse objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned shift.
  • Supervise, coach, and provide direction to warehouse associates, material handlers, forklift operators, and other assigned personnel.
  • Assign daily work responsibilities and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage throughout the shift.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, breaks, lunches, and adherence to assigned work schedules.
  • Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate daily priorities, safety expectations, production needs, and operational changes.
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, material movement, picking, staging, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure materials are properly received, labeled, stored, tracked, and delivered to appropriate production areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materials.
  • Monitor productivity and workflow to identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Logistics, and other departments.
  • Enforce company safety policies, PPE requirements, housekeeping standards, and warehouse procedures.
  • Address employee performance and conduct concerns promptly and document issues when necessary.
  • Assist with employee training, onboarding, cross-training, and performance development.
  • Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, material-handling equipment, and warehouse areas are operated safely.
  • Complete shift reports and provide an effective handoff to the incoming Warehouse Manager.
  • Escalate safety, staffing, inventory, quality, or operational concerns to management as appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required.
  • Experience managing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices.
  • Forklift and material-handling knowledge preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and warehouse/inventory systems.


Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to periodically lift, move, or assist with materials as required.
  • Must be comfortable working around forklifts, machinery, production equipment, and material-handling operations.
  • Must be able to consistently work the assigned shift.
  • Must be available for mandatory Saturdays and overtime when required by production or operational needs.
