Job Description

The purpose of this Knoxville, TN-based (on site ) job is to provide administrative and operational support across the legal and retail technology functions. This role coordinates projects, manages documentation, supports compliance efforts, tracks departmental initiatives, and serves as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations and successful execution of key priorities.

Essential Functions                                                         

  1. Coordinate and maintain legal, retail, and technology-related records, contracts, and documentation.                         
  2. Support project planning, tracking, and execution across multiple departments.
  3. Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and document retention requirements. 
  4. Manage contract routing, approval workflows, and vendor documentation.                
  5. Maintain and support contract execution process (through CLM or Jira, as required), ensuring timely review, and execution.                                                                                      
  6. Execute Docusigns as needed. 
  7. Track project timelines, action items, and departmental deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  8. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.                                                                     
  9. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.                                                                        
  10. Complete other duties, as assigned.                                                                                   

 



  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.

Specialized Knowledge      

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working cross functionally
