Job Description

This position is responsible for providing flexibility within the Finance Department and to strengthen the overall skill base of the financial team. The Finance Officer may, at any one time, be supporting the Hotels financial functions including but not limited to: processing credit applications, invoicing, debt collection, Accounts Receivable and general cashiering duties.



  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or related discipline

  • Successful experience or exposure in accounts payable, finance or a similar administrative role

  • Experience with accounting systems; Opera Cloud, Zambion Ready Workforce, Purchase Plus, Micros Symphony, and Sun Cloud advantageous
  • Attention to detail, organisation skills and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
