We're excited to announce Sutherland's Riyadh location in Saudi is looking for recent Information Technology and Information Systems Graduates to join our Youth Empowerment Program!! 

This is a 6-month to 1-year program dependent upon performance. This program is designed to develop Saudi graduates and prepare them for the job market, contributing to the digital economy through local talent and content.



  • Recent IT or IS Graduates from Riyadh-area universities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work onsite out of our Riyadh office in Saudi
