Requirements

Important Information:

Please note that Belong at Home does not hold a sponsorship licence. Therefore, we are unable to consider applications from individuals who require sponsorship to work in the UK, either currently or in the future.

All applications will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and full employment background check.

Applicants will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

  • At least 6 months of home care experience.
  • Experience providing person-centred care for older adults, including support with personal care, companionship, and daily living activities.
  • Ability to follow care plans, safeguarding procedures, and lone-working practices.
  • Comfort using mobile apps or smartphones for care updates and communication.
  • Experience supporting people with dementia is a plus.
