Laundry Supervisor (Saudi Only)

We're looking for an experienced Saudi Laundry Supervisor to join our operations team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all laundry operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies

• Saudi Nationality 
• Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic budget oversight
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
