The Opportunity

We are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core product engineering team.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building modern enterprise applications, solving complex technical problems, and working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud services, and integrations.

You will work closely with architects, product stakeholders, and other engineers to design and deliver scalable product features and modules.

We are particularly interested in developers who have embraced modern AI-assisted software development tools and know how to use AI effectively to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, testing, and problem solving.

What You Will Do

Full Stack Product Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade product features and modules.
• Build modern web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain backend services and enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
• Build secure and scalable REST/JSON APIs and service integrations.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into well-designed software solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Backend & Integration Development

• Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, and integration components.
• Integrate applications with internal platforms, third-party services, enterprise systems, and data sources.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and API security patterns.
• Work with asynchronous processing, background jobs, APIs, and distributed application components.

Data & Database Engineering

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Design schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data-access components where required.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Work with caching or in-memory data stores where appropriate.
• Support application-level data integration and basic ELT/data-processing workflows.

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot applications running in Linux and cloud environments.
• Contribute to application monitoring, logging, observability, and production troubleshooting.
• Support releases and help resolve post-production issues.

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI development assistants to accelerate development.
• Apply AI tools appropriately for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, unit testing, and technical analysis.
• Validate AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities and AI agents into product workflows.
• Continuously evaluate new development tools and engineering approaches that can improve team productivity.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building and supporting full stack applications.
• Proven experience developing production applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Good hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Prior professional development experience with C# and .NET is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience deploying or supporting applications in at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Technical Capability

You should be comfortable with:

• Object-oriented and modern software development principles.
• API design and integration.
• Application architecture and design patterns.
• Database design and query optimization.
• Authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
• Git-based development workflows.
• Debugging complex application issues.
• Unit testing and code quality practices.
• CI/CD and modern deployment practices.
• Production support and troubleshooting.

Experience with distributed systems, microservices, observability, tracing, messaging, containerization, or enterprise integrations will be an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

You do not need to be a Principal Architect or independently own the architecture of an entire enterprise platform.

However, you should be a strong senior developer who can:

• Take ownership of assigned product modules and features.
• Understand an existing architecture and contribute constructively to its evolution.
• Independently develop significant frontend and backend functionality.
• Work effectively with architects and senior engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Deliver production-quality code with limited supervision.
• Explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Use AI development tools intelligently to improve engineering productivity.

Preferred Profile

We would particularly value candidates who have:

• Built enterprise SaaS or business applications.
• Worked across both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with React + Node.js combined with .NET/C#.
• Exposure to cloud-native applications.
• Worked with IAM, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, or enterprise authentication systems.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, observability, or distributed tracing.
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs, AI agents, or AI-enabled product features.
• Used AI coding tools extensively as part of their regular development workflow.
• Worked in Agile product engineering environments.

Experience

5+ years of relevant professional software development experience.

Candidates with approximately 5–8 years of strong hands-on full stack development experience will be particularly suitable.

We value demonstrated technical capability, quality of work, learning agility, and engineering output in addition to years of experience.

Candidates should be willing to work from the Bangalore location based on the team's working model.
