Cleaning Supervisor – Paddington

Location: Paddington
Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent

£16 PER HOUR 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Paddington area. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing evening cleaning operations across our site.

Key Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory cleaning role
• Demonstrated experience operating carpet cleaning machines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Desirable:

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in commercial or office cleaning environments
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the evening cleaning team
• Operate carpet cleaning machinery as part of regular maintenance schedules
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
• Monitor stock levels and report maintenance issues
• Maintain health and safety compliance
