We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead our Infrastructure Platform Engineering team in Pune, India, which operates as part of our global Site Reliability Engineering organization.
This team includes Infrastructure Platform Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers who support reliable, scalable, and well-operated cloud platforms and production environments.
The Manager, Infrastructure Platform Engineering will own the performance, development, prioritization, and day-to-day effectiveness of the India-based team. You will also serve as a key representative for the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team within the India office, working closely with software engineers, data scientists, program managers, release teams, and other technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a proven people manager with a solid technical foundation in cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes and containerized platforms, and a background in platform engineering or site reliability engineering. You should be comfortable managing technical teams, understanding operational challenges, facilitating cross-team discussions, and making sure priorities and expectations are clear.
Note: There will be 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time
