The Opportunity

As we head into the busy Spring and Summer season, we are looking for professional and customer-focused Tour and Charter Drivers to join our Queenstown team.

This is a part-time opportunity with a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight, offering a great mix of tour, charter, and group transport work. No two days are the same, with the chance to drive a variety of services while showcasing one of New Zealand's most iconic destinations.

You'll be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and enjoyable journeys for our customers while delivering exceptional service and representing the Ritchies brand.

Whether you're an experienced coach driver or looking for a new challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team during Queenstown's peak tourism season.

Who we are

Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 3,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country.

We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.

Your Skills

• Great communicator and capable of delivering commentary 
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kgs
• NZ Class 2 license (minimum)
• P endorsement
