Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and be part of our international Talent Acquisition team, while also working closely with the local People team in South Africa. You will own local hiring in South Africa and support international hiring demand when required. You will be a data-driven, innovative and passionate recruiter, with a focus on continuously raising the bar for how we deliver best-in-class recruitment practices. 

Your responsibilities:  

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, with a primary focus on Sales roles in South Africa, from sourcing through to onboarding. You will also have the opportunity to support hiring across other functions when required. 
  • Design and implement market and function talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational hiring goals and improve efficiency and quality.  
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic TA partner by providing data-driven, market-specific insights and collaborating closely on hiring strategies. 
  • Analyse recruitment metrics, market trends and system data to identify insights, improve processes and enable data-driven hiring decisions. Bring strong analytical capability and confidence using recruitment systems, tools and processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. 
  • Leverage AI and other cutting-edge technologies to enhance, sourcing, attraction, assessment, and overall recruitment strategies. 


  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-country and high-growth environment.  
  • Proven track record of successful Sales recruitment, with a strong understanding of the South African sales talent marketplace, as well as the capability and interest to support hiring across other functions when required. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a global team across different countries.  
  • Demonstrated experience in utilising AI and other innovative technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
