F&B Attendant - Internship

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-minded F&B Attendant Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. The intern will assist with daily restaurant and F&B operations while providing friendly and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.

• Provide information about food and beverage menus to guests.

• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.

• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when required.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

• Handle guest requests and basic inquiries professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.

• Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and service procedures.

• Assist with events, banquets, and other F&B functions when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Russian language skills would be an advantage.

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn and work as part of a multicultural team.

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and customer-service skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
