Job Description
Sales Manager in Architecture and Networking Solutions | AUMOVIO Korea
- Ensure good performance of Sales key KPIs (Revenue, New business acquisition, Price management, R&D cost reimbursement etc.)
- Active participation or input for customer strategy
- Establishment (update) and its execution
- Lead acquisition activities successfully (Pre-RFQ(Request For Quotation) / RFQ)
- Smooth and timely Sales Planning (2-year short term / 10-year long term)
- Supply shortage management
- Proactive communication with internal / external
- Stakeholders for better business outcomes
- Manage customer intimacy in positive way
- Bachelor degree
- 10+ year experience in automotive
- 8+ year Sales Manager experience
- HMG related experience required as mandatory
- Excellent English in speaking and writing
- Committed to Win spirit
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to analyze and solve problems
