Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, service corridors, linen rooms, and public spaces.
- Deliver and replenish linens, towels, guest supplies, and housekeeping amenities throughout the hotel.
- Support Room Attendants by removing garbage, soiled linens, and recycling from guestrooms and service areas.
- Respond promptly to guest and colleague requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with the movement and setup of furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest room items.
- Ensure housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning tools are stocked and maintained.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost & found items following hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas and support deep cleaning projects as assigned.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping leadership team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and brand standards at all times.
- Other duties assigned
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items as required throughout the shift.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
