About the project:
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join an engineering team working on a large-scale enterprise solution.
The role involves backend development with TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS, working in a modern cloud and containerized environment. You will collaborate with other engineering team members in an Agile setup and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of reliable and scalable backend services.
Qualification/ Experience:
- Professional experience in backend software development;
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js, preferably NestJS;
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL;
- Experience with GitHub and standard development workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, and merging;
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins;
- Experience working with public cloud platforms – ideally GCP, but AWS or Azure are also relevant;
- Experience working in large-scale cloud, datacenter, or network environments;
- Experience with SAP products would be considered an advantage;
- Good understanding of Agile development practices and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another relevant technical field;
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
