Job Description

Support the seamless execution of daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that restaurants and bars consistently operate in accordance with LQA and Ennismore service standards.

The role will focus on hands-on floor supervision, supporting department leaders, monitoring operational performance, and following up on key guest satisfaction and sales indicators to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with LQA and Ennismore standards, including service delivery, service sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee attitude.
  • Ensure the guest experience remains consistent with brand standards across all Food & Beverage outlets and guest touchpoints.
  • Identify operational gaps and promptly communicate findings to the appropriate leaders to ensure immediate corrective action.
  • Work closely with managers and captains to support the achievement of service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets.
  • Follow up on action plans resulting from audits, guest feedback, and operational observations.
  • Support the team in aligning with daily operational priorities through pre-shift briefings, upselling focus, and key service standards.
  • Monitor the guest experience throughout service, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing service issues as they arise.
  • Support the handling and follow-up of guest complaints, ensuring appropriate resolution, proper closure, and operational learning.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction indicators, including surveys, internal feedback, and brand audits.
  • Support outlet leaders in achieving sales targets, average check goals, and active promotions.
  • Ensure the proper execution of menus, special events, activations, and commercial strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance suggestive selling, upselling, and the overall dining experience.
  • Prepare basic reports covering operational observations, service standard findings, and progress on action plans.
  • Follow up on operational commitments and initiatives established by the Food & Beverage Management team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotel, luxury, or lifestyle environments.
  • Knowledge of LQA, Forbes, AAA, or other luxury/lifestyle brand standards is preferred.
  • Strong passion for service excellence and guest experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong observational and operational analytical skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales and business performance.
