About Viktor

Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.

The team is small. The scope is not.

The Short Version

This is a new role, and you probably haven't seen it before. Viktor does real work for thousands of companies. Most of them use it for one thing. Your job is to sit with them, understand how their business runs and show them the next three to five things Viktor can take off their plate. Think consultant, not account manager.

This is an on-site role, based in our Warsaw office.

What's Actually Going On Here

Our best customers aren't a different kind of company. They've just handed Viktor more responsibility. Most teams are one good conversation away from doing the same, and nobody's having that conversation yet. You'll be one of the first people doing it.

What You'll Actually Do

• Run working sessions with customer teams: look at how they use Viktor today, find where it could do more, and set it up with them live.

• Turn one workflow into five. Find the next jobs Viktor can own and show how they connect.

• Run webinars and group sessions on what's working across our customers and what isn't.

• Take over accounts from our AEs after their first month with Viktor and own the relationship from there, helping each team get more out of it over time.

• Write down what you learn about what makes teams stick and what makes them stall, so product can act on it.

How You'll Know It's Working

• The accounts you work with use Viktor for more things, and more people on each team use it.

• Customers book a second session because the first one was worth their time.

Who You Are

• 1 to 4 years somewhere that taught you to structure messy problems fast: consulting, banking, startup ops, or a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.

• Customers take you seriously in the first five minutes. You're comfortable in front of a founder or a head of finance.

• AI-native: you already hand real work to AI tools and can show us how.

• Curious about how businesses actually run, team by team.

• Strong written and spoken English.

Probably Not a Fit If

• You want a ticket queue or a renewals calendar.

• You'd rather present slides than set something up live with a customer.

Why This Role

It's a new kind of job with a real career path. You'll work closely with our AEs, who hand accounts over to you after onboarding, and you'll learn how hundreds of businesses work from the inside. You'll be early on a team we're building to scale.

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
