- Engage with business users to capture requirements
- Prepare the design Specification document
- Communicate requirements to the offshore team
- Coding and Unit testing
- Provide demo of the developed applications to the business teams
- Perform sanity testing of the application as and when needed
- Engage with the business and participates in the User Acceptance Testing
- Drive discussions regarding issues in the applications / enhancements
- Production support
