We are looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher who can maintain cleanliness, support kitchen operations, and assist the management team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen equipment, and surrounding workspaces
- Ensure all dishes are cleaned and returned to proper stations in a timely manner
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage
- Keep dish area stocked with necessary supplies (soap, sanitizer, towels, etc.)
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment
- Follow sanitation, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and management
Requirements
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, especially in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- Strong understanding of basic sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in a small or fast-paced kitchen is a plus
- Active Food Handlers Card
