Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support global HR ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with global HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Translate HR business requirements into effective ERP functional and technical solutions.
- Participate in global HR ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts.
- Contribute to workshops, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with functional, technical, integration, data, and project teams across geographies.
- Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for standardization and improvement.
- Support data migration, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
- Act as a bridge between HR business teams and technical/IT teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in HR ERP / HR technology, with good understanding of core HR processes.
- Hands-on techno-functional consulting experience in an HR ERP environment.
- Experience working on global/multi-country HR projects.
- Strong requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of HR data, integrations, and ERP implementation lifecycle.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred; PeopleSoft or other HR ERP experience can also be considered.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
