Job Description

We are hiring a Manager, Growth Partnerships to join the Strategic Partnerships team at Delivery Hero APAC. In this role, you will own partnerships that drive measurable growth and category penetration across our markets.

You will work directly with some of the largest consumer brands in DH coverage (banks, telcos, fintechs, OTT platforms, lifestyle apps) and translate those partnerships into tangible growth metrics. You will not be writing one-off campaign briefs, you will be building partnership-led growth engines that scale.

What you will do

  • Own the growth outcome of partnerships end-to-end — from identifying partners that unlock a specific growth lever, to designing the commercial construct, to running the campaign, to proving incrementality

  • Build and model the business case for every partnership — target cohort size, expected conversion, CAC, LTV, incremental GMV

  • Run post-launch analysis , understand funnel drop-offs, iterate offer construct, scale what works, kill what doesn't

  • Work closely with MDOs, growth teams and marketing counterparts across markets to turn partnership activity into shared growth outcomes

  • Build repeatable partnership growth playbooks that can be executed across markets

What we are looking for

  • 4-7 years of experience in growth, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing or growth partnerships , ideally in a consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce or on-demand business

  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts , comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, basic financial modelling

  • Experience working with partners (B2B or B2B2C) is a plus, but not essential — we care more about growth thinking than partnership tenure

  • Direct, structured communicator with the ability to work across markets and seniority levels

  • A bias for pace , you build, measure, iterate, rather than wait for perfect
