ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Key responsibilities:

The Business Applications team focuses on high impact internal use cases to help the company grow, building internal solutions and facilitating new processes as we scale our data infrastructure, tooling and operations.

As a Business Applications Specialist, you take business needs from identified issues or bottlenecks to a working, scalable solution. You understand the objective and requirements, design or redesign the process, and either align people on using existing tools or work with technical counterparts to build something new. The role comes with a clear mandate and the freedom to develop it further, and the processes you design shape how ICEYE operates at scale.

Design the process’ with technical detail

  • Map end-to-end internal processes that span multiple systems (e.g., employee lifecycle), identifying gaps, redundant steps, and data-consistency risks between systems

  • Define target-state process flows and translate them into clear, buildable requirements, coordinating with IT and system owners as needed

  • Continuously reassess process health as the org scales (new entities, new headcount, new tools) and flag where a process will break before it does

Coordinate efforts and drive alignment in project teams

  • Identify and convene the right stakeholders per workstream, driving decision making and escalating where necessary

  • Run structured working sessions to get alignment on process ownership, sequencing, and who's accountable for what

  • Keep a lightweight, current record of decisions and open questions so nothing gets re-litigated

Build and implement solutions

  • Turn agreed process changes into concrete change requests for the systems involved (e.g., what should change in a workflow, what needs to trigger an action)

  • Spot and execute on independent automation opportunities (removing manual handoffs, duplicate data entries, spreadsheet workarounds), directly building yourself or involving needed departments (e.g., IT) as needed

  • Test and roll out solutions and hand them over to the business with clear documentation, so they can run without you

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • Experience in business/process analysis, technical program management, or an operations role with direct exposure to ATS/HRIS, CRM, or other enterprise data management systems

  • Comfortable with system logic (fields, workflows, basic integration/API concepts) and able to write code to facilitate integrations

  • Strong structured thinking: can take a messy, multi-owner process and find where it actually breaks

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the freedom to define the approach as you go

Nice to haves:

  • Prior hands-on exposure to an ATS/HRIS (Ashby, HiBob, Workday or similar),a CRM (Salesforce) or ERPs (SAP, NetSuite or similar)

  • Track record of project management involving coordination across multiple different stakeholder groups

Application Process

  • TA screening interview

  • Hiring Manager Interview

  • Skip level interview

  • Technical interview
