Job Description
- Manages the successful delivery of low complexity and/or low risk projects to time cost and quality measures using appropriate methodologies and industry best practice.
- Participates in the development of the process efficiencies and service activation delivery strategy.
- Assists in the maintaining of standards within the ICC Service activation/ provisioning community.
- Engages with cross-functional teams including Nasstar resources, customers and third-party suppliers.
- Delivers low complexity and/or low risk projects or supports projects involving work-streams and delivery components.
- Experience in handling external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of project controls and tools and applies this in clearly defined areas.
- Manages projects they are solely responsible for from basic BAU, to multisite (up to 50) with Light Project management wrap (initiation, transition, change control, closure report).
