Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up outstanding receipts, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies, including refunds.
- Maintain accurate records and customer correspondence within the Oracle system.
- Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process by identifying issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, banking, credit, or finance administration.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit policies.
- Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
