Job Coach Coordinator


Reporting to the Production Manager, this position supervises and develops job coaches as well as manages job coaching services in our non-profit agency that provides support for individuals with disabilities.    

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited college or university and 2 - 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities. Proven leadership/supervisory skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and develop teams, excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of job coaching staff including but not limited to training, performance coaching, discipline, schedule completion, conducting interviews, team development, and ensuring quality of service delivery
  • Coordination of prevocational/transition/CPS services to include quality work experience for all participants
  • Implementation of participant programming that meets that needs of all participants and provides balance of rehabilitation and production needs
  • Maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety, wage and hour and services
  • Provides training to Job Coaches on work accountabilities, job rate, time studies, job set up, Labor and Industry requirements and billing
  • Promotes and maintains a pleasant professional atmosphere at BCRC’s facility and community worksites that fosters department and interdepartmental teamwork
  • Takes initiative in developing programs including development of new ideas for production center and simulated work activities
