What you’ll do…
- Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
- Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
- Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.
- Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
- Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.
What we are looking for:
- EU Nationality is required.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
