Relief Chef

What you’ll do:

• Support site chefs, building skills and consistency
• Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
• Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
• Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites

• Chef experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
• Experience managing budgets and GP%
• Committed to raising culinary standards
